I have over 25 years experience in senior L&D and talent roles and have worked with some of the largest UK brands, as well as a number of multinational organisations.

My expertise is in working with businesses to identify the key people challenges, through root cause analysis to identify what’s getting in the way of achieving business excellence.

I begin the process by spending time immersing myself in the business to identify key challenges and carry out in depth assessments of senior leaders using a number of proven methods, including psychometric testing and 360º feedback.

Once the assessment is complete, I present the findings and recommended solutions to key stakeholders. My recommendations are presented as a finite plan outlining what is needed to build the people capability and improve business performance.

I will then deliver the solutions, which can range from defining the vision and values of the business through a culture review, to developing leadership capability and designing bespoke programmes to roll out across the organisation, using a range of tools and techniques.

I also work with individuals at all levels, developing emotional intelligence, recognising strengths and enabling them to pursue fulfilling career. I can help you navigate the minefield of theories to help you be your best!
